Job Description:
- Setting up productivity goals for production team. Ensure the productivity target is achieved on a daily basis and establishing a balance between increase productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
- Organize and implement production workflow that meeting client specification, quality and delivery expectation. Constantly monitor day-to-day condition to ensure the optimal performance is achieved.
- Ensure all production activities operate by safety, health and environmental policies and regulation to keep an accident-free organization.
- Drive on the production improvements to increase production efficiency without compromising safety or quality and ensuring adequate resources available to meet production targets.
- Communicate and liaise with other departmental staff to ensure production targets are achieved.
- To lead, motivate, and guide the team to achieve the department’s objectives. Hands-on whenever necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Engineering Degree and above.
- Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering/ equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing/ operation experience. Cleanroom related industry is preferred.
- Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PPT/ Outlook/ AutoCAD Drawing
- Skills Required: i) Lean Manufacturing; ii) Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015; iii) Knowledge in Safety & Health Regulation
