Management Trainee (Sales Department)

  • Phase 1: Technical Foundation

Objective: Build strong understanding of products, solutions, and applications.

  • Product and technical training (classroom & on-site)
  • Job shadowing with Sales & Application Engineers
  • Hands-on experience in after-sales service, technical support, and troubleshooting

 

  • Phase 2: Business Exposure

Objective: Learn about customer needs, sales processes, and business development strategies.

  • On-the-job training with sales team
  • Customer visits and site meetings
  • Proposal writing and quotation training
  • CRM and sales process management
  • Soft skills training (negotiation, presentation, communication)

 

  • Phase 3: International Secondment & Sales Practice

Objective: Gain international exposure and practical sales experience.

  • Secondment to our HQ in China
  • Collaboration with technical and commercial teams across borders
  • Learn about international sales operations, pricing strategies, and supply chain coordination
  • Involvement in regional sales projects and customer support
  • Potential assignments to other countries on a project or rotational basis, depending on business needs
  • Final Assessment & Deployment: Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be assessed for permanent placement within the sales team.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
  • Strong interest in technical sales and international business
  • Willingness to travel and work overseas
  • Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn
