- Phase 1: Technical Foundation
Objective: Build strong understanding of products, solutions, and applications.
- Product and technical training (classroom & on-site)
- Job shadowing with Sales & Application Engineers
- Hands-on experience in after-sales service, technical support, and troubleshooting
- Phase 2: Business Exposure
Objective: Learn about customer needs, sales processes, and business development strategies.
- On-the-job training with sales team
- Customer visits and site meetings
- Proposal writing and quotation training
- CRM and sales process management
- Soft skills training (negotiation, presentation, communication)
- Phase 3: International Secondment & Sales Practice
Objective: Gain international exposure and practical sales experience.
- Secondment to our HQ in China
- Collaboration with technical and commercial teams across borders
- Learn about international sales operations, pricing strategies, and supply chain coordination
- Involvement in regional sales projects and customer support
- Potential assignments to other countries on a project or rotational basis, depending on business needs
- Final Assessment & Deployment: Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be assessed for permanent placement within the sales team.
