Job Descriptions:
i) According to the production plan, responsible for the planning and design of production tasks, and ensure the normal progress of production and on-time delivery.
- Organize the allocation of production line materials, ensure that production materials and manpower can be provided on time, and ensure that the supply does not affect the smooth production.
- Make production daily report, analyze production capacity, submit production report regularly (KPI of production department), supervise production progress and ensure on-time delivery rate.
ii) Organize the allocation of production line resources and the management of production process, save costs, control costs, and prevent zero shutdown of production
- Supervised the daily production schedule of the production line to ensure smooth operation and efficient production
- Save costs, control production costs, eliminate any waste of inaction, and control the scrapping of production materials
- Participate in the monthly online inventory, and analyze and report the inventory differences.
iii) According to the requirements of the production and processing documents, responsible for the inspection of the production plan, drawings, materials list and tooling before the product processing.
iv) Participate in the improvement and re-engineering of production process according to the company’s production efficiency requirements.
- Prepare and improve the process regulations, process cards, process instructions and process technical data of mass-produced products, verify and feedback the correctness and feasibility of technical data, constantly promote the improvement of production technology, process re-engineering and promote the improvement of production technology.
- Timely participate in and solve the technical problems in the production process.
v) Assist the production manager to implement the production line personnel skills training and production safety management and training, improve the operation skills and safety awareness of employees.
- Implement the production line training plan, carry out training regularly, ensure that employees are competent for their own work, and ensure the implementation of production safety protection measures for production line employees.
- According to the production safety management requirements, carry out hidden danger investigation, and ensure zero accidents in safe production.
vi) Participate in prototype review/trial production and review of new products/review of purchased new materials and finished products/review of new suppliers
vii) Responsible for the communication and coordination between the production line and the production line, through the overall coordination and communication with other production lines, so that the daily work of the department can be carried out smoothly and achieve internal customer satisfaction;
viii) Cooperate with the production manager and supervisor to participate in the department talent interview and selection, team building work.
Job Requirements:
Full-time college degree or above, major in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, IE, production management related qualifications, mechanical or manufacturing knowledge, purification technology knowledge, not less than 2 years or more work experience.
