Job Description
- Respond to customers’ feedback and complaints and make sure they are properly handled.
- Responsible for process control and product quality, with final say on quality-related matters.
- Investigate the root cause, implement corrective and/or preventive action, and monitor internal finished goods rejections.
- Review, maintain, and update the QMS system’s implementation.
- Oversee product certification, product testing, and equipment calibration.
- In charge of purchasing, maintaining, repairing, and calibrating all testing instruments and equipment used in quality assurance.
- Oversee daily responsibilities of the QC inspectors.
- Manage IQC and carry out yearly supplier audits.
- Initiate and lead workplace safety activities.
- Prepare product testing reports for the customer and/or salesperson.
- Prepare monthly reports to management on quality performance, rejection rate improvement, finished good rejections, etc.
- Prepare KPI reports on a quarterly basis in addition to monthly KPI assessment.
What You’ll Need
Must Have:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in any engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a QA/QC position.
- Multi-lingual skills in speaking and writing in Bahasa, Chinese, and English.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 management system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good to Have:
- Ability to follow up on issues independently with good communication skills.
