What You’ll Do

• Inventory Management – Update stock cards to maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing materials, and perform regular stock checks and cycle counts
• Receiving & Inspection – Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials and parts based on delivery orders, ensuring they meet quality and quantity requirements before storage
• Issuance of Materials – Prepare and issue raw materials and components according to production requirements
• Storage & Organization – Properly label and store materials in designated locations, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
• Stock Replenishment & Ordering – Monitor stock levels, assist the warehouse executive in forecasting inventory needs, and notify the purchasing team to reorder as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Support in Waste Management & Disposal – Assist in handling and disposing of unused, expired, or defective materials according to company policies
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, purchase orders, and delivery notes

What You’ll Need

1. At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, warehouse or inventory control.
2. Ability to drive forklift to lift and move heavy items.
3. Microsoft Office skills as an added advantage.
