Job Description:
- Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and follow up on order and project status to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with personnel at Plant 1 regarding casing requests and related matters.
- Process customer orders, prepare Delivery Notes (DN), and arrange delivery schedules for designated customers.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the superior, including handling ad hoc assignments as required.
What You’ll Need
Must Have
• Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer/software skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Good to Have
• Multi-lingual skills in speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English.
