Job Description:

  1. Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Monitor and follow up on order and project status to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with personnel at Plant 1 regarding casing requests and related matters.
  4. Process customer orders, prepare Delivery Notes (DN), and arrange delivery schedules for designated customers.
  5. Provide administrative and operational support to the superior, including handling ad hoc assignments as required.

What You’ll Need

Must Have
• Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer/software skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Good to Have
• Multi-lingual skills in speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English.
