Join MayAir Group as a Maintenance Intern and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing plant maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and industrial facilities management. What You’ll Be Doing
- Gain exposure to daily maintenance operations in a manufacturing plant.
- Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance of production machinery, industrial equipment, and facilities.
- Work alongside maintenance engineers and technicians to identify equipment abnormalities and potential faults.
- Assist with troubleshooting, minor repairs, component replacement, lubrication, cleaning, and equipment adjustments under supervision.
- Assist in recording and reporting maintenance activities, equipment downtime, spare parts usage, equipment abnormalities, and potential safety hazards.
- Support inventory checks, organize maintenance tools, consumables, and spare parts, and update inventory records.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You’ll Need
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic knowledge in automation system and Microsoft Office
Good to Have
- Possession of own transportation is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
