What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities, expanding customer accounts, and increasing market share.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, presentations, and tailored solutions.
- Respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotations and pricing proposals, and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Conduct market analysis and support business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and enhance competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations while achieving sales targets and KPIs.
What You’ll Need
Must Have
- Degree in any Engineering discipline or related field.
- Technical sales experience preferred; fresh sales graduatesare welcome.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin(required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Must possess own transport.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally, including Europe and India. (allowances provided).
- Must be willing to be based in Bandar Teknologi, Kajang.
Good To Have
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Auto-CAD or equivalent is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
