Job Description:
Pre-Sales Technical Support
- Gain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and provide quick and accurate support to the sales team regarding item codes for standard products.
CRM Handling
- Collaborate with sales personnel to clarify incomplete specifications and ensure all necessary details are gathered.
- Assist in the price requisition process, ensuring timely and accurate pricing information is available.
Translation and Code Creation
- Create codes for materials purchased externally by sales and branch offices.
- Translate raw materials and finished goods acquired from MayAir China for integration into our SAP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in an Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Chinese colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
